1. Use of Our Services

2. Bookings and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for all travelers included in the booking. You must have authorization to make bookings on behalf of other travelers in your group.

2.2 Confirmation and Documentation

Upon completion of a booking, we will provide a confirmation that will include necessary details and documentation. It is your responsibility to review all details for accuracy and to notify us promptly of any errors.

2.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Payment methods and schedules will be specified during the booking process. You agree to pay all charges at the amounts in effect at the time of your booking.

2.4 Booking Modifications and Cancellations

Modification and cancellation policies vary depending on the tour package, time of year, and service providers involved. Specific policies will be communicated to you before booking confirmation. In general:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure may be eligible for a full refund less an administrative fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are generally non-refundable
• Modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.

3. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

3.1 Travel Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

3.2 Health and Safety

You are responsible for assessing your own fitness to participate in tours and activities. Some tours may require a specific level of physical fitness or may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose health or behavior may impair the enjoyment of other travelers.

3.3 Travel Advisory

We recommend that you review travel advisories issued by your home country before booking and traveling. We are not responsible for any incidents that occur as a result of traveling against government advice.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, and software, is owned by Pryanaya Seledka Tour Agency and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4.3 User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting content to our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
